AlJazira Takaful names Naif Al Abdulkareem as Chairman

The board of directors of AlJazira Takaful Taawuni Co. appointed Naif Al Abdulkareem as Chairman for the fifth successive three-year term, which started on July 17, 2025.

 

During a meeting today, Aug. 11, the board also agreed to appoint Yahya Al Mansour as Vice Chairman, according to a Tadawul filing.

Additionally, Sager Nadershah was named Managing Director.

 

Ths statement indicates that AlJazira Takaful has already secured the Insurance Authority’s (IA) no-objection on these appointments.
