Trading halt placed on SIDC shares on non-disclosure of financials

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) suspended trading on Saudi Industrial Development Co. (SIDC) today, Aug. 12, for not disclosing its financial statements for H1 2025 within the specified deadline.
 

Trading will resume for 20 sessions as of Aug. 13. SIDC is required to announce its financial statements before the end of Sept. 9, 2025.

 

In case the company fails to announce its financial statements, a trading halt will resume as of Sept. 10, 2025, until the financials are disclosed.
