Alwaha REIT to pay 3.5% dividend for H1 2025

Wasatah Capital announced the distribution of a cash dividend of 3.5%, or SAR 0.35 per unit, to unitholders of Alwaha REIT for the first half of 2025, according to a statement to Tadawul.
