Al-Jouf Mineral Water Bottling Co.’s board of directors reappointed on Sept. 1 Ashry Al-Ashry as Chairman and Fahad Al Habdan as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The board approved the formation of the nomination and remuneration committee, including Hisham bin Muqrin (Chairman), Mohammed Alfaisal, and Mousa Al-Fawzan.

 

The company also appointed a Board Secretary, in addition to representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), the statement added.

 

In August, Al-Jouf Water’s shareholders approved the election of the board of directors for the upcoming four-year term starting Aug. 31, 2025, Argaam data showed.
