Tharwah inks SAR 4.5M framework deal with ZATCA

Altharwah Albashariyyah Co. (Tharwah) signed today, Sept. 3, a framework agreement with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA). The agreement is valued at SAR 4.47 million, including VAT.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company clarified that it will implement technical training programs for the authority's employees in 2025 as part of the 18-month agreement.

 

It expected the related financial impact to be reflected starting from Q4 2025, noting that there are no related parties, the statement added.

 

In July, Tharwah secured a SAR 4.48 million contract, including VAT, under a framework agreement to deliver technical training programs for ZATCA employees in 2025, according to Argaam’s data.
