Al Jouf Cement’s board of directors named Sameer Al-Rehaili as CEO, effective Sept. 7, 2025, according to a statement to Tadawul.
Al-Rehaili holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from King Saud University, in addition to numerous advanced certifications and courses in management, manufacturing, and business development.

Al-Rehaili has over 20 years of experience in the industrial and commercial sectors, during which he has distinguished himself with his abilities in corporate management, company growth, strategic leadership, and operational management.
He has held numerous positions, including Operations Manager of the Molding Unit at Al-Watania Industries, General Manager of Canal Investment Co., General Manager of Al-Tawfiq Plastics Industries, and CEO of Al-Tawfiq Group in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, where he also served as a board member.
In addition, Al-Rehaili worked as a Business Consultant at Al-Zamil Investment Group and CEO of Recycling World Co., one of Al-Zamil Group’s subsidiaries.
According to Argaam, the company’s board approved last July the resignation of Abdul Karim Al Nuhair from his position as CEO, at his request and due to his unwillingness to renew his contract. Then, Mansour AlHabdan was appointed as Acting CEO for a period of six months, or until a new CEO is appointed, whichever comes first.
