Almujtama Alraida forms strategic committee to oversee initiatives

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the committee will oversee the execution of board-approved strategic plan initiatives and review them periodically to ensure alignment with market developments, regulatory changes, strategic objectives, and other relevant factors.

It will also recommend any proposed amendments to the board.

The committee will be chaired by Rakan Abunayyan, with Abdulaziz Omar Khoja, Omar Bassam Hamadeh, and Karim Basti as members.

Its term will expire at the end of the current board cycle on July 31, 2026.
