Purity receives SAR 3.6M award letter from Tahakom

Purity expects to sign the contract on Sept. 23

Nomu-Listed Purity for Information Technology Co. received an award letter from Saudi Technology and Security Comprehensive Control Co. Ltd. (Tahakom) to implement the 2025 unified infrastructure expansion – solutions and support project – for SAR 3.59 million, excluding VAT.

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that the award date was Sept. 9, with the contract expected to be signed on Sept. 23. There are no related parties involved.

 

The contract covers the implementation of expansion works for the unified infrastructure solutions and the provision of technical support services.
