Purity inks SAR 7.7M contract with Masar Alnumou Finance

Purity for Information Technology Co. logo, the company signed SAR 7.7 million contract for providing IT managed services for 24 months 

Purity for Information Technology Co. signed, on Sept. 9, a framework agreement with Masar Alnumou Finance for a service contract at a value of SAR 7.73 million (excluding VAT).

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that it will provide IT managed services to Masar Alnumou for the duration of 24 months.

It expects the related financial impact to be reflected starting from Q2 2025/26, and there are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
