Jana Medical unable to disclose H1 2025 financials on required time

Jana Medical Co. said in a statement to Tadawul that it is unable to post interim financial results for the six-month period ended on June 30, 2025.

The company ascribed this delay to the failure to finish the procedures for holding an ordinary general assembly (OGM) to appoint a certified public accountant to conduct an audit of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, and December 31, 2025.

Work is underway to arrange for the OGM to be held for appointing an external auditor, said the company, noting that trading of its shares has been suspended since September 3, 2025.

The company added that it is working to finalize the financial statements and publish them once approved, expecting to publish them on September 30, 2025.

It stated that the procedures for suspending the trading of listed securities will be applied in accordance with the listing rules.

The company also said it is dedicated to promptly disclosing any significant developments and any further developments pertaining to the inability to publish the financial results.
