Lamasat will register Thomama Beauty trademark under its name
Lamasat Co. signed an agreement on Sept. 17 to fully acquire the Thomama Beauty agency, a registered trademark in Saudi Arabia. The deal includes the transfer of ownership of the brand, customer and user data, as well as exclusive formulas for Moroccan-origin skincare and haircare blends.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company stated that the total value of the deal amounts to SAR 200,000, divided into SAR 100,000 for the ownership of the Thomama Beauty trademark and SAR 100,000 for the inventory of cosmetic products and materials.

The agreement will be funded through the company's internal resources.
The agreement excludes imported goods from the total contract value, and the seller will be responsible for settling their cost separately based on official invoices. The payment will be transferred via bank wire to the account of Hanaa Marglani at Saudi National Bank within seven days of signing the contract.
Lamasat will officially register the trademark under its name and is committed to incorporating Thomama Beauty products into its production lines and distributing them through its branches.
The company expects the acquisition to boost its revenues by marketing these products to both existing and new customers, with the financial impact anticipated to appear starting from Q1 2026.
The contract is effective and binding as of the signing date and will remain in force until all obligations are fulfilled and ownership is fully transferred to Lamasat.
There are no related parties to the deal, the company added.
This acquisition aligns with Lamasat's strategy to strengthen its operational capabilities by relying more on its own branded products in its branches, helping reduce costs associated with currently used materials.
