MIS signs SAR 60.5M IT services contract

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed a SAR 60.54 million contract (including VAT) with Emdad Solutions Co.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the 36-month contract covers IT services, expecting to have a positive financial impact from Q3 and Q4 2025.

 

MIS stated that all contracting procedures have been completed, and the signed agreement was received by both parties today, Sept. 21.

 

There are no related parties to the contract, the statement added.
