Shaker recommends expanding board size to 8 members

Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Co.’s board of directors recommended today, Sept. 22, amending the company’s bylaws to add a new member, bringing the number of board members to eight.

The company said in a statement on Tadawul that the change aims to strengthen the diversity of expertise and skills within the board, supporting its growth and expansion strategies and advancing execution of its future plans.

 

Shaker confirmed it will complete all regulatory procedures and obtain necessary approvals from the competent authorities. The recommendation will be presented to the ordinary general meeting (OGM) at its next meeting, with the date to be announced later.
