Arabica Star board names Al-Muqaitib Chairman, Al-Hamoud as Vice Chairman

Arabica Star Co.’s board of directors, on Sept. 22, appointed Abdulaziz Al-Muqaitib as Chairman, and Yasser Al-Hamoud as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Mohammed Al-Hamoud was named Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.

 

During the meeting, Mohammed Al-Arfaj was appointed as a board member, and Abdulmalik Mahdi as Secretary of the board.

 

The board further appointed the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
