The workforce at capital market institutions rose by 199 year-on-year (YoY) to 7,006 employees in Q2 2025, according to the latest data from the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
Meanwhile, the Saudization rate at these institutions reached 78% by the end of the quarter, the CMA said in its Capital Market Institutions report.

SNB Capital led with 428 employees and a Saudization rate of 86%, followed by Al Rajhi Capital with 321 employees and 88% Saudization.
