Shareholders of GO approved renaming the company to Etihad Go

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.’s (GO) shareholders approved an amendment to Article 2 of the company’s bylaws during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Oct. 9, changing the company’s name to Etihad GO Co.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said shareholders also approved an amendment to Article 17 of the bylaws related to the company’s management, setting the term of the board of directors at four years instead of three.

 

Shareholders further approved amendments to the policies, procedures, and controls governing the selection and appointment of board members.
