Al Mawarid reappoints Ahmed Al-Rukban as Chairman, Abdullah Al-Omair as Vice Chairman

Al Mawarid Manpower Co.’s board of directors appointed Ahmed Al-Rukban as Chairman and Abdullah Al-Omair as Vice-Chairman during a meeting held on Oct. 13, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board also formed the remuneration and nominations committee, to be chaired by Yousef Al-Olayan, with Tariq Al-Awaji and Abdulaziz Al Rasheed as members, the statement added.

 

The executive committee was also formed, comprising Yousef Al-Alayan as Chairman, and Abdullah Al-Omair and Riyad Al-Romizan as members.

 

A new audit committee was established for a three-year term starting Oct. 11, 2025, including Suleiman Al-Nuwaiser as Chairman, and Abdullah Al-Ghamdi and Abdulaziz Al-Nasser as members.

 

The board also appointed company representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) for all purposes related to implementing the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations. The board and committee secretary was likewise appointed.
