Atlas Elevators says contract for Dar Taiba project in Madinah

Atlas Elevators General Trading and Contracting Co. signed a contract with Rawaf Bin Salman Al Rawaf Co. to supply and install elevators for the Dar Taiba project in Madinah, with a total value of SAR 2.49 million, inclusive of value-added tax (VAT).

Under the agreement, Atlas Elevators will supply and install 34 elevators of the agreed types, in accordance with the project’s schedule, specified locations, and the Saudi Building Code (SBC), the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Rawaf Bin Salman Al Rawaf is obligated to make payments as agreed without delay and to remove any obstacles during installation.

Atlas Elevators added that the supply period is four months from the date of signing the contract, while the installation period is three months from the date of receiving the elevator shafts.

The company expects the project to have a positive financial impact on its results during the contract period.
