United International Holding Co. (Tasheel) said its shareholders approved the election of board members for a three-year term starting Oct. 21, 2025, and ending Oct. 20, 2028, during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Oct. 19.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the newly elected members are Fozan AlFozan, Mohamed Fahmy, Abdulrahman Al Eissa, Kubra Radi, Assaf Al Quraishi, and Abdulatif AlFozan.

 

Shareholders also approved amendments to several articles of the company’s bylaws to align with its transition to a listed joint-stock company.

 

The amendments cover the articles of incorporation, company name, share subscription and trading, and the issuance of preferred and redeemable shares.
