TAM wins SAR 20.6M project from RCRC

Tam Development Co. (TAM) won on Oct. 20 a project valued at SAR 20.56 million from the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), including VAT.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, TAM said the 18-month contract includes providing consultancy services for community engagement for the Green Riyadh Program.

 

The contract is expected to be signed on Dec. 21.

 

TAM added that the financial impact of the project is expected to appear starting in Q4 2025, noting that there are no related parties to the deal.
