Foods Gate closes Tokyo restaurant in Riyadh

Foods Gate Trading Co. said it has permanently closed its Tokyo restaurant branch in Veranda Mall on Riyadh’s Northern Ring Road, after the mall’s owner shut it for redevelopment.

 

In a Tadawul statement, the company said the Tokyo restaurant will continue to serve its clients in Riyadh through the main branch on Al-Urubah Road.

 

Foods Gate added that the financial impact of the closure is expected to appear in its fourth-quarter 2025 results, but it is difficult to estimate the size of the impact as the restaurant continues to operate through another branch in the city
