Lana Medical Co. was awarded a SAR 5.6 million contract by the Saudi Red Crescent Authority to dispose of hazardous healthcare waste at emergency centers across the Kingdom, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The three-year project will begin following the signing of the contract and site handover, after approval by the Ministry of Finance.

Lana said the project supports its strategy to strengthen its position in the Kingdom’s environmental services sector and contribute to Saudi Vision 2030 goals on environmental sustainability.

The company added that the contract marks a key step in expanding its integrated waste management operations in the healthcare sector, improving service quality, and implementing global best practices to reduce pollution and enhance public health.

No related parties are involved in the deal, and the financial impact is expected to appear starting from the first quarter of 2026.
