Almajed Oud’s board decision followed a report by the company CEO

Almajed Oud Co.’s board of directors approved on Oct. 26 to establish a branch for the company in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).

 

The decision followed a CEO report on ADGM’s jurisdiction over the area where several of the company’s branches in the UAE are located, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The move aims to ensure business continuity and strengthen the company’s regional presence in line with its strategic objectives.

 

The company pointed out that the board decided to take the necessary steps to align the status of its existing branches with ADGM’s regulations and requirements.

 

Almajed Oud confirmed that this step comes as part of its commitment to comply with applicable regulations and to enhance its operational efficiency in regional markets.
