Argaam CEO Islam Zween said Saudi Arabia is witnessing a radical transformation in financial data and disclosures across all economic levels, describing it as a “financial data revolution” spanning all sectors.

In an interview with Al Ekhbariya TV, Zween highlighted that the demonstrable confidence in the Saudi economy is forged from its solid economic data.

He also underscored a significant positive shift in investment awareness over the past five years.

“Local investors have transformed from passive reception to being active users of financial data. This reflected the maturation and evolution of the Saudi investment culture, in which the Argaam portal plays an integral role,” said the top executive.

While acknowledging the growing investment experience in the Kingdom, Zuwein cautioned that continuous time and effort are still required.

He quantified the market's activity, stating there are seven million investors operating in diverse markets. The volume of executed transactions also reflects this dynamism, increasing from 94 million two years ago to roughly 128 million last year.
