LAfaq Al-Hikma is among Riyadh Cables’ major shareholders with a 6.667% stake

Riyadh Cables Group Co. was notified by major shareholder, Afaq Al-Hikma Development Co. — 100% owned by Hikmat Al-Zaim, on its intention to transfer 2.55 million shares (a 1.7% stake) to the personal portfolio of Al-Zaim.

 

Afaq Al-Hikma is among Riyadh Cables’ major shareholders, holding 6.667% of its shares.

 

The planned move is aimed the restructuring between the two portfolios, Riyadh Cables said in a statement to Tadawul today, Oct. 28.

 

If implemented, the shareholding transfer will result in a change in the ownership percentage of one major shareholder.
