Thimar says the decision is in line with the board’s current strategic objectives

Thimar Development Holding Co.’s board of directors decided to dissolve the executive committee and relieve all its members — a subcommittee of the board — effective today, Oct. 29.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the decision is in line with the board’s current strategic objectives.
