Abdulaziz Bin Ahmed Altwijri Trading Co. plans to float 1 mln shares on Nomu

Abdulaziz Bin Ahmed Altwijri Trading Co. set the price range for its potential initial public offering (IPO) on the Nomu-Parallel Market between SAR 22 and SAR 25 per share, Yaqeen Capital, the financial advisor and lead manager, said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The book-building period for qualified investors will run from Nov. 2-9.

 

According to Argaam’s data, the company plans to float one million shares on Nomu, representing 20% of its post-IPO capital, to qualified investors.
