Alqemam was awarded the contract on Oct. 31

Alqemam for Computer Systems Co. was awarded a managed services contract covering systems, infrastructure, and end-user support by the Aseer Development Authority (ASDA), for SAR 4.89 million, inclusive of VAT.

 

The company stated in a filing to Tadawul that the contract was awarded on Oct. 30, while the letter of award was received via email on Oct. 31.

 

There are no related parties to the contract, Alqemam added.
