Avalon Pharma inks MoU with NUPCO for supply continuity

Middle East Pharmaceutical Industries Co. (Avalon Pharma) signed, on Oct. 30, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with National Unified Procurement Co. (NUPCO) to create partnerships and avenues of cooperation to ensure supply continuity and enhance supply chain efficiency.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the MoU also aims to grant Saudi Arabia priority in registering new products and strengthen the exchange of knowledge and expertise between both parties.

 

The MoU is valid for two years, with no financial impact expected, the statement said.

 

The deal doesn’t include any related parties, the statement added.
