KEIR’s MD steps down, Osama Alnumair named Acting CEO

KEIR International Co.’s board of directors approved, on Nov. 3, the resignation of Managing Director Moath bin Mohammed Al-Sohaibani, who will continue to serve as a non-executive board member.

 

The resignation came upon Al-Sohaibani’s request, the company said, in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board also assigned CEO of Shared Services Osama Alnumair, to carry out the duties of the CEO, effective from Nov. 3, 2025 until a new CEO is appointed.
