Tharwah subsidiary opens new branch in Dammam

Altharwah Albashariyyah Co. (Tharwah) stated that its wholly owned subsidiary, Tharwah Higher Institute for Training (Tharwah Academy), opened its new branch in the Eastern Province, Al Shatee District, Dammam.

This came after completing the necessary regulatory and operational requirements at the branch, the company said in a Tadawul statement today, Nov. 9.

The move comes as an extension of the company’s strategy to expand its training and development services and strengthen its geographic presence in the Eastern Province, by offering specialized training programs and professional diplomas targeting individuals and entities. This helps develop human capital and enhance workforce capabilities, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

This expansion is expected to support revenue growth in the company’s training segment and to have a positive impact on the company’s financial results starting from the fourth quarter of 2025.

Tharwah Academy reaffirms its continued commitment to strengthening its leading position in the training and development sector by providing training programs and services that meet high quality standards, and by continuing to play an active role in the development of human capital in the Kingdom.
