Ghida Alsultan for Fast Food Co. signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Simple Burger Establishment to acquire the latter, the company said in a filing to Tadawul today, Nov. 11.
 
The MoU is a preliminary step towards negotiations and the signing of a final, binding agreement, subject to fulfillment of regulatory requirements, obtaining necessary regulatory approvals, and agreement.
