Tabuk Agricultural Development Co.’s (TADCO) board of directors appointed Abdullah Al-Salhi (independent) as Acting Managing Director, amending his membership to executive member, effective from the date of the board’s resolution.

In a statement to Tadawul, TADCO said Al-Salhi has been an independent board member since Aug. 12, 2025, and he is recognized as an exceptional executive and strategic leader with extensive experience in agriculture, organizational development, operational performance improvement, and digital transformation.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from King Abdulaziz University (2008), and an executive master’s degree in strategic planning from the British Board (2018). He also completed the Future Leaders Development Program at Harvard Business School – US.

In a separate statement, TADCO announced the board resolutions to restructure the board committees.

Vice Chairman Matar Al-Zahrani was appointed to the nomination and remuneration committee and the executive committee, in place of Faisal Al-Ghamdi (the resigning member).

Abdulrahman Turkistani (a non-board member) was also appointed to the nomination and remuneration committee, replacing Abdullah Al-Salhi (due to his appointment as Acting Managing Director).

In August, the company’s shareholders approved the board of directors’ recommendation to end its current term early, which was originally set to run until June 30, 2027.
