NDMC closes November issuance of SAR-denominated sukuk program at SAR 5.83B

The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) completed the order book for its domestic issuance for November, under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program.
 
Total allocations amounted to SAR 5.832 billion, NDMC said in a statement today, Nov. 18.
 
The issuance was divided into five tranches. The first tranche totaled SAR 700 million, maturing in 2027, while the second reached SAR 1.375 billion, maturing in 2029.
 
The third tranche was valued at SAR 180 million and will mature in 2032, followed by a fourth tranche of SAR 197 million, maturing in 2036. The fifth tranche was valued at SAR 3.380 billion and will mature in 2039.
