AWPT bagged the contract from NWC to develop sewage networks in Hafar Al-Batin and Al-Qaisomah governorate


Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) was awarded a contract by the National Water Co. (NWC) for sewage networks in phase four (part two) in Hafar Al-Batin and Al-Qaisomah governorate, valued at SAR 221 million, excluding VAT.

 

In a statement on Tadawul, the company said it will construct sewage networks with pipe diameters ranging from 200 mm to 700 mm, totaling nearly 184 km.

 

The scope also includes building manholes and inspection chambers, as well as completing the required interconnections with the existing network.

 

The project duration is 36 months.

 

The financial impact is expected to appear in Q1 2026, AWPT said.

 

Any future updates will be disclosed in due course after receipt of the final, signed contract.
