Lamasat board recommends transferring SAR 3.37 million statutory reserve to retained earnings

Lamasat Co.’s board of directors, in a meeting on Nov. 25, recommended the transfer of the statutory reserve balance amounting to SAR 3.4 million as per the financial statements for period ended on June 30, 2025, to the retained earnings balance, according to a statement to Tadawul.
