Mayar cancels MoU with Chinese company to manufacture plastic stadium seats

Mayar Holding Co.’s subsidiary, Newplast Co., agreed to cancel the previously signed memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Chinese company Avant Sports Co.

 

The MoU was aimed at manufacturing plastic stadium seats of various specifications and according to international standards.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the cancellation is effective from Dec. 6.

 

According to data available with Argaam, Mayar signed the two-year MoU last June.
