Al Ashghal Al Moysra signs two SAR 6M contracts with Msajed

Al Ashghal Al Moysra Co., listed on the Nomu-Parallel Market, signed two contracts with the Association of Masjid Building (Msajed) with a combined value exceeding SAR 6 million, including value-added tax.

 

The contracts were awarded to Al Ashghal Al Moysra in November, the company said in two separate statements to Tadawul on Dec. 14.

 

The first project involves the construction of the Prince Sultan Armed Forces Hospital Mosque in Madinah, valued at about SAR 3.08 million. The second covers the construction of the King Salman Armed Forces Hospital Mosque in the Northwestern Region, with an estimated value of around SAR 2.94 million.

 

The execution period for each contract is 16 months, the company said, adding that the positive financial impact is expected to be reflected in 2026 and 2027. It confirmed that there are no related parties to the transactions.
