Edaa applies View’s capital raise

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) implemented the capital increase for View United Real Estate Development Co. today, Dec. 14, crediting the additional shares to eligible shareholders’ accounts.

 

According to data available on Argaam, View’s shareholders recently approved the board of directors’ recommendation to raise the company’s capital through the issuance of bonus shares to shareholders at a ratio of 100% (one bonus share for each share held).
