The General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT) reported that 100% of Saudi nationals got basic healthcare coverage in 2025, while the rate for all residents reached 96.2%.
The 2025 National Health and Women and Child Health Surveys showed that 95.7% of adults (15+) received basic healthcare coverage through government programs or private insurance, with expatriate coverage at 91.9%.
