Shmoh Almadi signed a one-year supply contract with Masdar AlHayat

Shmoh Almadi Co., listed on the Nomu-Parallel Market, signed today, Dec. 14, a one-year supply contract with Masdar AlHayat Food Industries Co., a statement said to Tadawul.

The company added that there are no related parties to the deal.

Under the contract, Shmoh Almadi will manufacture and supply products, including Fonti chocolate-coated wafer and Tamriyat Mama, in accordance with the agreed specifications.

The products will be packaged using Masdar AlHayat’s packaging materials and in line with its approved designs.

The contract value will be determined based on the volume and value of the quantities supplied, in line with supply and demand and the prices agreed upon throughout the contract term, the statement added.

Shmoh Almadi expects the contract to have a positive impact on its financial results during 2026, subject to the contract duration and the actual withdrawal rates of the agreed quantities.
