Pan Gulf secures SAR 135M credit facilities from BSF

Pan Gulf Marketing Co., listed on Nomu-Parallel Market, obtained today, Dec. 14, Shariah-compliant banking facilities worth SAR 135 million from Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF).

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the facilities are intended to finance working capital, with a one-year tenor.

 

The facilities are backed by a promissory note, a corporate guarantee, and a personal guarantee, with no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
