Al Arabia signs MoU to boost advertising in Kuwait

Al Arabia signs 12-month MoU with Kuwait’s Alrai Media
Arabian Contracting Services Co. (Al Arabia) signed on Dec. 17 a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Alrai Media Group Co. to establish a strategic partnership in the Kuwaiti market, according to a statement to Tadawul.
This partnership aims at strengthening cooperation in advertising and marketing, by pooling expertise and leveraging local market know-how to develop impactful, value-added out-of-home advertising solutions, the statement added.
The MoU is valid for 12 months and is renewable, with no direct financial impact. The MoU serves as a framework to explore short- and long-term opportunities and enhance cooperation in advertising and marketing within Kuwait.
No related parties are involved, the statement added.
The company said the cooperation will focus on studying and exploring areas of integration and available investment opportunities in the out-of-home advertising sector, under a comprehensive vision aimed at upgrading the sector and strengthening its role in supporting economic and media growth in Kuwait.
It added that these efforts will include developing and executing innovative, high-impact media campaigns that highlight the advertising value of key locations in the Kuwaiti market as a primary launch point for building an effective, sustainable cooperation model. This direction is a step toward establishing a long-term strategic partnership between the two parties that contributes to developing the out-of-home advertising sector, opening new investment horizons, and enabling it to keep pace with the technical and digital shifts reshaping modern advertising.
Al Arabia said the MoU marks the start of a new chapter of strategic cooperation between Al Arabia and Al Rai, as both parties share a vision to develop innovative advertising solutions that rely on modern technologies, strengthening their leadership in an advertising sector undergoing rapid transformations in regional and global markets.
This cooperation is a pivotal step toward expanding the scope of joint business and delivering integrated out-of-home advertising solutions that meet the needs of the Kuwaiti market and other international markets, creating new investment opportunities and supporting sustainability efforts and sustainable growth in this vital sector.
