Naf relocates its headquarters in Ar Rass to a new location effective Dec.18

Naf Company for Feed for Industry relocated today, Dec. 18, its headquarters in Ar Rass city to a new site within the city, according to a statement to Tadawul.
 
The new site is on an industrial land plot leased from Al Rass Municipality under a contract valid until Dhu Al-Hijjah 29, 1465 AH.
 
The relocation comes as part of Naf’s plans to enhance the efficiency of administrative and operational processes, in support of its future objectives.
 

According to data available with Argaam, Naf signed an assignment and sale agreement with Foodicom to acquire usufruct rights to an industrial land plot in Ar Rass, Qassim region, and purchase the buildings on it for SAR 3.05 million, excluding fees and taxes.

 

Earlier in December, Naf received the approval of Ar Rass Municipality to assign the land lease contract—previously held by Foodicom, a related party—in favor of the company.
