Shareholders of Fesh Fash Snack Food Production Co. will vote on electing new board members for the upcoming term, during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) to be held on Jan. 22, 2026.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the new four-year term will start on March 27, 2026, ending on March 26, 2030.
