Saudi Ground Services Co. (SGS) said a commercial lawsuit was filed against it on Dec. 18 by Saudi Amad for Airport Services and Transport Support (SaaS) before the Jeddah Commercial Court.

In a statement to Tadawul, SGS said SaaS, a closed joint-stock company, is a 50%-owned equity-accounted investee.

SaaS is seeking SAR 201.15 million in dues related to the provision of passenger transport services for departing, arriving, and transit travelers, as well as aircrew.
