Takween reappoints Abdulmohsen Al-Othman as Chairman, Saleh Al-Afaleq as Vice

Takween Advanced Industries Co.’s board of directors reappointed today, Dec. 22, Abdulmohsen Al-Othman as Chairman and Saleh Al-Afaleq as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

In addition, the board formed the audit, remuneration and nomination, and executive committees.

 

According to data available with Argaam, the company’s ordinary general meeting has recently elected board members for the upcoming four-year term starting Jan. 21, 2026.
