Red Sea signs SAR 202.8M services contract for Trojena project

Red Sea International Co. signed today, Dec. 23, a contract with Webuild S.p.A. to provide integrated facilities management services (operations and maintenance) for the Trojena project (NEOM), valued at SAR 202.8 million, excluding value-added tax (VAT).

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the agreement covers the operation and maintenance of the main and secondary camps in support of Webuild–NEOM’s Trojena Dam project. This comes in line with NEOM workers’ welfare requirements and applicable regulations in the Kingdom.

 

The company noted that the contract includes integrated facilities management/operation and maintenance of camp operations, covering accommodation and cleaning, catering and food services, security and access control, IT/communications, facilities maintenance (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil works, roads, and landscaping), waste management and recycling, recreational facilities, utilities (water, electricity, sewage, and gas), fire safety and emergency response, administration/help desk, and support services (such as pest control, training, and quality assurance).

 

The two-year contract’s financial impact is expected to start in Q1 2026, the statement said, adding that there are no related parties to the deal.
