Bawan unit receives PO from Aramco at over 5% of 2024 revenue

Bawan Co. said the delivery schedule for the fourth purchase order starts from October 2026 to mid-2027

Bawan Co. stated that its subsidiary Petronash Arabia Co. received a purchase order under an existing contract with Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) to supply modular wellsite packages for the latter's gas wells.

In a statement to Tadawul, Bawan said the deal value exceeds 5% of its 2024 revenues, adding that this is the fourth purchase order linked to a long-term agreement with Aramco to supply special products for gas wells.

The delivery schedule for the fourth purchase order starts from October 2026 to mid-2027.

Bawan's 2024 revenue reached SAR 3.02 billion, of which 5% represents SAR 151 million, according to Argaam data.
