Banan reappoints Abdulmohsen Alhakbani as Chairman, Ahmed Alhakbani as Vice

Banan Real Estate Co. board of directors, in its meeting held on Dec. 28, reappointed Abdulmohsen Abdulaziz Saleh Alhakbani as Chairman and Abdulrahman Abdulaziz Alhakbani as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Moreover, the board reappointed CEO Majed Abdullah Al-Nasser and approved the continuation of granting him full powers of the CEO.

 

The board also approved the formation of the nomination and remuneration committee, with Abdulaziz Mohammed Al-Qabbani, Fahad Bin Ya'an Allah Al-Ghamdi and Khalid Abdullah Al-Balawi included as members.

 

A secretary of the board was also named and the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority, the Saudi Tadawul Group, and the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) were further appointed, the statement added.
